This study compares the accessibility, engagement, and readability of human-written and AI-generated texts. We found that human writing, with its simpler tone and structure, attracts a wider audience by providing clear, contextual, and specific information in a natural style. In contrast, AI-generated text is more formal and structured, making it suitable for professional or academic contexts. While AI writing is concise and factually accurate, fixed and less engaging for a general audience. Based on these observations, we recommend that academic and research paper writers should use their own thinking to come up with research titles, write introductions, conduct literature reviews, and discuss the results. Once a draft version of article is ready, AI tools can be used to check grammar, enhance quality, and refine and polish the structure and logic of the paper. This combined approach employs the strengths of both human creativity and AI precision, resulting in a polished, ready-to-publish article.

Strength and stability analysis of load-bearing structures of a high-rise building
Anarova Shahzoda, Qarshiyeva Soliha, Ismoilova Maftuna
This paper is concerned with an analysis of the strength and stability of load-carrying structures in a high-rise building due to the real position of reinforced concrete structural elements, such as columns and walls. The finite element method (FEM) is used for the structural analysis. Problem formulations and governing equations are given, along with three main 3D finite element models, namely, the “design” (ideal) model, the first “actual” model considering column position deviations, and the second “actual” model taking into account wall position deviations. The finite element models primarily involve 4-node structural shell elements suitable for foundation slabs, floor slabs, and walls; the 3D 2-node beam elements are available for beams and columns. They also include special spring-damper elements and multipoint constraint elements. An advanced soil behavior model provided by Prof. Yu. K. Zaretsky is taken. The details of mesh at the bottom of the foundation slab coincide with pile positions. Construction sequencing and various nonlinearities are accommodated in the analysis. The results of modal, static, and dynamic analyses are considered under the action of several combinations of gravity, fa?ade, dead, temporary, wind, snow, and crown loads. The regulatory strength assessments were performed using the design codes of the Russian Federation. Outputs such as displacements, stresses, and natural vibration frequencies will contribute to the elaboration of effective methods for monitoring the foundation and load-carrying structures of high-rise buildings.

Blockchain is a distributed and decentralized public ledger that is used to record online transactions across a network of computer systems. It is one of the latest technologies adopted for data security. The immutability of Blockchain helps to overcome the problem of document forgery. Due to the lack of an effective mechanism against forged documents, forged documents often go unnoticed. Using physical copies of documents incurs significant additional costs as it involves manual verification, paper storage. Different agencies cannot verify the authenticity of documents and creates loopholes. This in turn helps to increase the efficiency and reliability of telecommunications networks, ensuring more stable and uninterrupted data transmission. The work has practical significance for the communications industry, offering a methodology for assessing and managing risks associated with failures of equipment and network infrastructure.

Advanced Endoscopic Image Enhancement through Multi-Scale Retinex and CLAHE Techniques
Sabitova Nazokat, Kuchkorov Temurbek
Image enhancement techniques are critical in fields such as medical imaging, where clarity and detail can significantly impact diagnostic outcomes. This study evaluates an advanced Retinex-based image enhancement algorithm, incorporating pre-processing, color restoration, gamma correction, and CLAHE (Contrast Limited Adaptive Histogram Equalization). The effectiveness of these techniques was assessed using quantitative metrics such as PSNR, SSIM, CNR, and MSE. Results demonstrated substantial improvements in image quality, with CLAHE achieving the highest PSNR (30.2 dB) and SSIM (0.93), indicating superior local contrast adjustment and structural preservation. The algorithm`s final adjustments resulted in improved CNR (2.8) and reduced MSE (95.2), enhancing both clarity and detail visibility. These findings highlight the potential of combining Retinex and CLAHE for applications requiring high-quality image analysis, such as endoscopic imaging and medical diagnostics.
